A. Job Description Objective

Person should have a right balance of strong qualitative and analytical skills. Excellent time management, communication, decision making, presentation, leadership skills, human relations and organizations skills. Proven experience in creating reports for management review and working with teams is required. Excellent knowledge of project management principles and reporting tools including excel is required.

  • US PSO support and troubleshooting on SAP, time entries, project plans, invoices and expenses
  • Create Compliance reports – Time Compliance and Forecast Compliance
  • Create Revenue Forecast Reports
  • Create Revenue and Backlog Reports
  • Create Billable Utilization Report
  • Create Revenue by PM report
  • Create Project Completion report
  • Create Project Time/Invoiced time/Work description report for PMs
  • Reconciliation of PSO and finance book

  •  Manage PMO Global Calendar
  • Support roll out of new process in PSO
  • Schedule Project Review Meetings
  • Support Implementation of Quality Strategy
  • Provide ongoing support to Project Managers on SAP during invoicing time.
  • Regular reminders and updates on deadlines to PS employees
  • Coordinate Project Closure activities on a monthly basis.
  • Crate QlickTech Report

Description: 

  • Act as the liaison between the departments- PSO, Finance and Sales to resolve ambiguities around sales order entries or invoice related queries
  • Coordinate PSO operations- Manage and Update PSO org chart as needed, coordinate complex project T&E
  • Training new PS joiners on SAP time entries and expenses.
  • Train new PMs on Project Plans, time entries submission and approval, resource task allocation, expenses submissions and approvals

  • Support Collaborate activities
  • Create users for projects in Collaborate
  • Create projects in Collaborate based on the PRTS requests
  • Create project management dashboards in Collaborate

C. PMO Analyst’s responsibilities include the following:

This is not an exhaustive task list and other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate or warranted by immediate manager.

  • Create Compliance Reports

  • Reconciliation of PSO finance books

D. Job Qualifications Necessary

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BS/MS/B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BA/MA/BBM/MBA) in engineering or management
  • 1 or more years of demonstrated work experience software industry
  • 1 or more years of demonstrated work experience in developing innovative solutions in reporting and project management
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Strong Analytic and Problem solving skills.
  • Passion for Quality.
  • Excellent English communication skills- Written and Oral.
  • High level of personal accountability and “self-starter” attitude in order to make progress in ambiguous situations on schedule.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, aggressive environment where multi-tasking and juggling priorities are typical.
  • Should exhibit a curiosity about “how things work” and “how to make them better”.
