Training Registration Terms and Conditions
All LabVantage training classes are open exclusively to existing customers of LabVantage Solutions and its partners. Please contact us before registering if you have any questions about your eligibility.
Credit card, check, and purchase order are accepted. If you are paying by check, please submit your payment to LabVantage Solutions at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of your training class. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be requested to pay the balance. Please supply a copy of your purchase order to firstname.lastname@example.org if this is your form of payment.
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend, you may transfer your reservation as discussed in the Substitution Policy, immediately below, or request a refund. A full refund will be given up to 2 weeks prior to start of your class. If your cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the start date, then a refund of 50% will be issued. Failure to cancel before the start of the class will result in no refund of your registration fee.
Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. The original registrant should notify LabVantage Solutions of the change by e-mail.
MINIMUM CLASS SIZE
LabVantage reserves the right to cancel any class that receives fewer than three confirmed registrations. This determination will be made no less than two weeks prior to the start date of the class. In this event, you will be notified of your options. You may either a) transfer to a different class date at no charge, or b) receive a full refund of the registration fee. Please make sure your class is confirmed before making any non-refundable travel reservations. Course fees do not include attendee travel, accommodations or other expenses while attending a course.
