General COVID-19 Policy
Event Entry Protocols
LabVantage has a vaccination-required policy for all CTEC attendees – including customers, exhibitors, staff, and guests.
A person is considered fully vaccinated:
- 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series or
- 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine
For those unable to receive a vaccine – either due to medical necessity or unavailability of the vaccine in the attendees’ home region – proof of a negative COVID-19 test may be accepted.
A person is considered negative for COVID-19 with:
- Proof of any FDA-authorized laboratory test that was collected within 72 hours of the event start
To demonstrate proof of full protection against COVID-19, attendees must present to LabVantage a physical (paper) or digital (file or image) presentation of an authoritative vaccination record card or similar vaccination or testing documentation during on-site check-in.
If an attendee does not meet these requirements, they might not be permitted to register for, or participate in, CTEC activities.
Additionally, LabVantage recommends that all attendees comply with travel guidelines issued by regional and local health agencies.
On-Site Health and Safety Measures
LabVantage is working with our venue partners to provide rigorous on-site cleaning of all venue locations and will configure indoor spaces to maximize social distancing.
All attendees will be required to abide by local health standards published by the venue location at the time of the event. For example, certain hotels may require masks to be worn in all indoor and public locations.
