Can you believe that CTEC 2013 is less than 5 weeks away? We have some new and exciting details to share. One is Steven Squyres: Principal Scientist for the Mars Exploration Rover Project,  will be presenting “Fostering Innovation Under Tight Constraints.” Dr. Steven Squyres is Goldwin Smith Professor of Astronomy at Cornell University and the acclaimed principal investigator for the science payload on the Mars Exploration Rover Project. He is best known as the face and voice of NASA’s mission to Mars and the pioneering drive across its surface by two high-tech robotic rovers named “Spirit” and “Opportunity.” I think it will be really neat to learn about his experiences on Mars and the moons of the outer planets…it will certainly be very different from typical lab talk! 🙂

This year’s agenda also includes a preview of our new advanced workflow manager featuring point-and-click/drag-and-drop design, configurable dashboard and array management. Don’t miss this great opportunity to hear our software product managers and architects unveil the greatest features and improvements delivered as part of LABVANTAGE 6.0.2 and the future version 6.1. For a full view of the agenda preview, please visit the CTEC Agenda portion of our website.

Time has really flown as I have been so busy planning. I am very proud of our CTEC team this year and how everyone has gone through great lengths to reach out to customers to inform them about the event and also taking into careful consideration the comments from our customers after CTEC 2012. I think this year’s agenda is sure to impress!
