Provide high-level senior mgmt inputs & oversight of business needs with regard to personnel. Drive performance management, employee engagement & succession planning systems. Lead recruitment process including leadership hiring. Lead a global HR team across US, Europe & India. Handle any Indian labor law related issues for the India center. Drive the annual increment & bonus cycle for LabVantage. Drive communication processes for employees including employee town-halls & HR newsletters.
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, HR Management, Psychology or related field & 5 yrs (or Master’s + 3 yrs) of experience in a senior HR role managing a team of at least 4 HR professionals. Knowledge of HR related Indian labor laws & behavioral event interviewing required.
