Define action plans in accordance with an incident or investigation finding. Multiple action steps may be created for an action plan with execution order. Two types of action plans may be defined as follows:

Correction Action: Defining specific actions to remedy the situation. |

Preventive Action: Defining specific actions to prevent reoccurrence. |

Create work orders to track the completion progress of each individual task throughout the execution process of each action plan. |

Define and assign any number of SDI approvals to an incident, action plan and task:

Review and approval steps can be defined for the completion status of a particular incident or an action plan. |

Approval steps may be assigned in sequence to different individuals or user roles. |
 |
Approval types may be optional or mandatory. |
