| LabVantage Reports Double-Digit Revenue Growth in 2005 |

Bridgewater, NJ February 2, 2006. LabVantage Solutions, Inc. reported today that it achieved double-digit revenue growth in 2005, surpassing previous "best marks" achieved in 2004. Revenues grew in each of the three global regions of operations: North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, fueled by demand for LabVantage’s Sapphire™ Laboratory Information Management Solution (LIMS), the company's industry-leading thin-client solution for research, development, formulation, raw material testing, and quality management laboratories across multiple industries.
"We have continued to experience strong growth in R&D and quality management LIMS, and our introduction of the Sapphire BioBanking Solution further contributed to our expanded revenues," said Jim Aurelio, President and CEO of LabVantage. "Our continued focus on providing a strong architectural foundation supported with end-user driven functionality, has made LabVantage the leading thin-client LIMS provider in the world."
Some of the most successful organizations around the globe selected LabVantage in 2005, including Pfizer, BASF (China), Danone, Finish Red Cross, Police Scientifique de Paris, Agence Francais de Securite Sanitaire des Aliments (AFFSA), Nicholas Piramal India, Sultanate of Oman, Bayer Polymers (Shanghai), Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Nabi Biopharmaceuticals, Sigma Aldrich, Gene Logic, and Diageo.
In addition, LabVantage reported that its collaboration with Matrix Sciences continues to strengthen, as Mascot Integra, a pre-configured, pre-installed, proteomics LIMS powered by Sapphire, was sold to numerous academic, non-profit, and biotech institutions, including Ludwig Institute, Sanger Institute, University of Texas Health Science Center, and Boehringer.
