ORLANDO, FL., March 10, 2003. New Internet Customer Support System Further Enhances Customer Interaction Capabilities
and Streamlines Internal Global Communications.
- LabVantage Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise QC LIMS and Life Sciences LIMS solutions, announced the introduction of VantageCare today at the PITTCON 2003 conference. VantageCare is a new, secure, intranet/extranet, browser-based customer care solution. LabVantage's customers and the global LabVantage organization are using VantageCare as a resource for the latest product information and future software enhancements, as well as for issue submission and tracking.
VantageCare adds a new dimension to the customer service currently provided by LabVantage's dedicated customer service professionals. VantageCare is a secure customer area of the LabVantage website, which provides a valuable self-service resource for customers, business partners and internal LabVantage staff around the globe. VantageCare is a 24-hour gateway to product and service solutions as well as the latest LabVantage news. Customers can submit new issues, track open issues, review closed issues, and view current enhancement requests.
