| Scimcon™ and LabVantage Solutions form strategic business agreement |

Bridgewater, NJ November 18, 2002. Agreement leverages Scimcon's IS strategy and design capabilities.
LabVantage Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of Life Sciences LIMS and Enterprise LIMS solutions, and scientific information management consultancy Scimcon, announced today a marketing agreement that will enable both parties to leverage their complementary software offerings and consultant services.

A demonstration of LabVantage Sapphire™ Informatics for companies looking to industrialize their drug development process will follow.
The first web seminar is scheduled for: Tuesday, 3 December 2002 - 12:00 to 1:00 pm GMT (7:00am to 8:00am EST).
The web seminar will be repeated: Wednesday, 4 December 2002 - 12:00 to 1:00 pm EST (5:00pm to 6:00pm GMT).
