| LabVantage Solutions Signs Worldwide Reseller Agreement with CambridgeSoft |

Bridgewater, NJ January 28, 2002. Agreement provides LabVantage Sapphire™ Informatics customers with seamless integration to help further streamline and improve discovery processes.
LabVantage Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of Scientific Information Production (SIP) solutions for drug discovery organizations, announced that a worldwide integration and reseller agreement with CambridgeSoft Corporation has been signed for ChemOffice WebServer Suite, ChemACX for chemical procurement and ChemOffice, which includes ChemDraw, the de facto standard for communicating chemical information, including stereochemistry recognition and display. ChemDraw can be used for publication, storage, retrieval and registration of biochemical and chemical substances.
