Boston, MA August 13, 2001. Sapphire™ Informatics 3.0 Fully Leverages Browser/Server Technology to Streamline Scientific Information Productionsm for Genomics, Proteomics, Combinatorial Chemistry and High Throughput Screening
LabVantage Solutions, a leading global provider of data management and workflow process automation for genomics, proteomics, high throughput screening and combinatorial chemistry, announced today at the IBC Drug Discovery Technology 2001 conference, the introduction of Version 3.0 of its LabVantage Sapphire™ Informatics software solution.
Sapphire™ Informatics 3.0 provides a framework that easily can be configured with workflow automation for data management and Scientific Information Productionsm. Sapphire™ Informatics uses a browser-based interface to ease learning and greatly simplify the education process for end users. As well, Sapphire™ Informatics provides a scalable, open data model for any type of XY array (racks, slides, etc.) with enhanced genealogy (multiple reagents, pooling, etc.) and holder zones allowing the loading of portions of plates or arrays with specific materials.
