We are pleased to announce that LabVantage has completed the acquisition of Life Technologies’s SQL*LIMS business on Friday, August 7, 2009. It is my pleasure to welcome the SQL*LIMS users to LabVantage’s worldwide user community.

SAPPHIRE will continue as the flagship product of LabVantage and we will continue to execute against our strategic product direction. To be clear, we will continue to sell and service the SQL*LIMS product to address the needs of those customers to which it is best suited. For our LabVantage customers that may also be customers of SQL*LIMS, LabVantage is committed to continuing the level of support for SQL*LIMS in accordance with the current SQL*LIMS product support matrix.
